[Samba] windows service access denied

 ObjectName    REG_SZ    .\cinegy  

Why not a DOM\cinegy group  ? 

The dom\cinegy is member of "domain users" and thats member of computername\users. 

Now i dont know this program, but maybe you also need rights in registry. 

So, i would make a separate group for this, local and domain. 
Add the domain group in the local group and done. 
Add the needed rights on files/folders and registry (! If needed).. 
And you only need to add/remove users in the domain group. 

I hope this gave an idea..
