The answer to your question is yes and no.

Yes, because that is how provisioning a Samba AD domain works (which is 
run as part of the classicupgrade).

No, because the ldifs are predefined in such a way that you end up with 
an AD domain, you cannot alter them.

Perhaps if you were to explain just what you want to do and why you want 
to do it, we may be able to help more.
