[Samba] Van Belle repo - cannot install 4.16 on Debian 11

Hi.
Fresh Debian 11 install.

I configured apt with this repo:

deb [arch=amd64 signed-by=/usr/share/keyrings/louis-van-belle.gpg] http://apt.van-belle.nl/debian/ bullseye-samba416 main

But when attempting install:

# apt install acl attr samba samba-dsdb-modules samba-vfs-modules winbind libpam-winbind libnss-winbind libpam-krb5 krb5-config krb5-user
