[Samba] Can't add entry in DNS

Hi,

We have a samba AD (version 4.9). From a windows with RSAT we can add a
host in samba.

We have added a  windows 2008R2 as another AD in the samba domain
(without fsmo).

Problem : from RSAT we can't add a host in the windows server 2008R2.

An idea ?
