[Samba] Execute a Windows .bat from Linux

I learned of it a week ago when I needed to remotely open the remote 
desktop ports on the PC I use to remotely manage GPOs, and I can say 
that it worked perfectly, it is nicely packaged on samba-winexe on Fedora.

If your distribution doesn't built it, it is a good time to ask for that.
