These configs looks fine.
Just.. i would add : search $(hostname -d) to the resolv.conf..
I had a look again and noticed this also.

Thats not right in my opinion.
Go into windows GPO editor, go to this GPO remove it or fix it.
And/or what happens if you create a new one with same settings.
