[Samba] How can I sure my Samba DC is working?

Thanks.
I did "setenforce 0" and then executed "w32tm /query /source" on the client, but got the same result!
My Windows client is a VirtualBox VM and I added "tinker panic 0" to the end of the "ntp.conf" file too.
In the VM settings, a "Hardware Clock in UTC Time" option exist. Should I enable it?

And if you disable selinux, do the clients get the time from the DC?
