[Samba] adding windows DC to samba AD

No, it seems that message is displayed when the [sysvol] share is not 
available on the 2008R2 DC.

After enabling the sysvol share 
(https://wiki.samba.org/index.php/Enabling_the_Sysvol_Share_on_a_Windows_DC) 
I can add a 2012R2 DC to the domain.

(and I double checked: all FSMO roles are still on a samba DC)
