[Samba] Configuring Time Synchronisation.

Hello,
In https://wiki.samba.org/index.php/Setting_up_Samba_as_an_Active_Directory_Domain_Controller I read that "Kerberos requires synchronised time on all domain members.", I never used "--enable-ntp-signd" parameter and I just installed the Samba with "make && make install" commands.
I have below questions:

1- Is "--enable-ntp-signd" parameter enabled by default?

2- Must I install " NTP" package?

3- "NTP" is better or "chrony" ?
