[Samba] FIle Locks???

About every 2 -3 weeks we have a software program where the data is on a Samba server and we get a "file access denied " error message. I reboot the server and all is well for a while again. 
Any thoughts on how I can track down the PC that is keeping the file locked? 
Or is there a different configuration that would correct this.
