[Samba] Doubt about GSOC samba ad dc cockpit

Hi,

I am following the tutorial guidelines:
https://wiki.samba.org/index.php/GSOC_cockpit_samba_ad_dc#Debian_10_Installation

However I am installing the tool on another server that is not the DC. As I
understand it is mandatory that the server is a DC.
Is it possible to install on a workstation that is a member of the domain
as it is done with RSAT?
