 I installed the packages listed in https://wiki.samba.org/index.php/Package_Dependencies_Required_to_Build_Samba#Red_Hat_Enterprise_Linux_8_.2F_CentOS_8

 Also, the command worked fine till few days ago.

 I will install samba4.14.5 and make all your sugections.
