[Samba] WORKGROUP/Samba cannot be viewed in list in Other Locations

No, I don't  mean my Ubuntu cannot be found by Windows PC. It is the
converse. I cannot see Windows 10 PC from my Ubuntu PC.

I will try wsdd later.
