[Samba] Upgrade Samba 4.12.6 to latest stable version.

Thanks for your reply. Louis's work is awesome. Many thanks to him!

I forgot to mention that my servers are virtualized and I will take a
snapshot from them before updating. Then I thought about skipping the step
to create a new server. If something goes wrong, I'll revert back the
snapshot.
