[Samba] winbind offline logon

Good spotted.. 

I have a look at this. 
That problem on that /run/samba dir is fixed. 

Im wondering why the "genCACHE.tdb" is in lockdir 
and not in cachedir : /var/cache/samba  
where these files "should" be.. 

I'll have a look at it for coming builds. 
and i'll see if i can contact the debian maintainer.
