[Samba] Samba domain member compatibility Windows 2019 AD?

You should be able to run any supported version of Samba as a Unix 
domain member joined to a Windows 2019 DC, that part of Samba hasn't 
changed that much. The problems would  come if you tried to Join Samba 
as a DC to 2019.
