[Samba] Question about static/dynamic dns

Hi,I've Samba 4.11 with bind 9.11 with bind and BIND9_DLZ backend over
Centos 7.8 and works fine. My question is about registre into samba dns
(internal) ¿why some dns are static and other dynamic into timestamp? . I
have some machines with dinamic IP but the registr not refresh and i have
delete the zone for update the ip-machine. ¿howto force all dynamic
registre?
