when you have to drive just because of a software problem you don't have 
infrastructure which deserves the name "production" at all

even if one hosts explodes as long it's pieces don't hit the others 
should have no impact to production

ILO, VPN, HA exists.....

i have not seen the servers in the second office 300 kilometers from 
here physically since they where installed in vienna years ago and have 
never seen the building there at all
