[Samba] Open Files in MMC

Hello

We have a few samba servers running (version 4.12.3)

Noticed today when viewing the host on windows server 2019, using MMC, I
can see "Shares" and "Sessions", but "Open Files" fails.

Error message is

> Error 1726: the remote procedure call failed

Should I expect this to work?

I suspect it may be a timeout issue, as `smbstatus -L` takes ~20s on
average. If so is there some way to increase timeout on the windows server
side?
