If you have set the permissions from windows, why does your profiles 
share look like this:

[Profiles]
    comment = "User roaming profiles"
    path = /samba/Profiles
    browseable = yes
    read only = no
    force create mode = 0660
    force directory mode = 2770

I would expect this:

[Profiles]
    comment = "User roaming profiles"
    path = /samba/Profiles
    read only = no
