Sort of depends on what you mean by sync, you can sync user passwords 
from Samba AD to openldap and I suppose you could create a script to 
find AD users & groups and then create them in openldap, but it wouldn't 
be 'syncing'

What do you have in openldap that you cannot put into AD ?
