[Samba] Prepping for Upgrade (or not)

Hey All,

So realizing that we're on 4.13 still, was considering updating to
Louis' 415 repo. I wanted to check here first for any considerations I
should take before moving forward with that though. For the most part,
should it be a fairly straight forward update? Or should I plan for
some downtime?
