Ubuntu 10.04 is DEAD, I suggest you upgrade

I doubt if you can build a modern Samba on such ancient Linux OS's.
I would suggest you create new Servers using Debian 11 and the Samba
packages from Louis Van Belle's repo: https://apt.van-belle.nl/
