[Samba] Multichannel and RSS Not Detected

Already upgraded to them. :)
Afraid it did not fix the problem. Just don't know why one server works and
the other doesn't. They don't quite have the same packages installed, as one
is running libvirt and the other has been slimmed down to just a SMB/NFS
server. They where running the same version of Samba (4.14), but now the one
that we need it working on is running 4.15rc2.
I understand that 4.15 should not run in production, but right now, we need
this feature to work in order to do our project, so we are a bit desperate at
this point.
