[Samba] DC controller and DNS

[ve2cii at ve2cii.com]

     After recompiling samba-4.13.9 with the correct files 
python3-dnspython files
in place I am still getting the same unable to import dns error in the 
log. This looks
to be some kind of bug. Any ideas on what to do at this point?
