[Samba] Some questions about Samba as a DC.

The Samba+ use Samba code, but some Linux distros don't provide good updates about Samba. Thus, if a Linux Distro don't provide Samba updated package, then Samba+ is a better option?

No, Samba is an open source project that provides the code and Samba+ 
uses the code to provide uptodate packages for various distro's

Most distro's take the code available at their release time and package 
it for that release version. Debian buster supplies Samba 4.9.5 , but 
whilst it it says it is 4.9.5 , it will have had various security & 
bugfixes backported to it. If you want a distro that has uptodate 
packages, you will need to use a 'rolling release' distro.
