[Samba] New packages for Debian/Ubuntu. 4.10.17/4.11.11 (amd64/i386)

ill also make a folder and check few things here. 
only i have no 4.14.2 to test on, Rowland can you test on that one? 
I can test 4.13.7 and 4.12.latest.
