Not much wrong there, except that 'guest ok = no' in global is not the 
way to turn guest access off, it is disabled by default, and a 
standalone server cannot be a domain master, the two are mutually exclusive.

If fixing these minor problems doesn't help, then turn up Samba logging 
and see if anything pops out, after that, it will probably be best to 
log a bug.
