[Samba] remove_share_mode_lease: leases_db_del failed: NT_STATUS_OK

samba 4.11.13
FreeBSD 11.4-RELEASE-p4

I was force to do a completely new installation of FreeBSD on a new HD.
Everything is working fine, except for samba. When ever a file is
transferred, this error message lights up the screen:

Sep 22 07:10:05 scorpio smbd[77669]:   remove_share_mode_lease: leases_db_del failed: NT_STATUS_OK

It never happened on the old machine. I have no idea what is causing
it. Has anyone seen this before and corrected it?
