[Samba] GPO fail and sysvol perm errors

As far i can tell, based on, thats exactly what i doing. 

No, but if you are unsure, just make a copy of sysvol to sysvol2 (and the subfolders)
Make a share sysvol2, test on that one. 
Also, compairing like that, you have the "before" and "after" checks at the same time.
