[Samba] Q: Upgrading samba from 4.9 to 4.13

I have been upgrading multiple domains since 4.8 without problems, the 
difference here is that I have done it incrementally and not in a single 
step. I upgrade to the latest 4.x release when 4.x+1.0 is released.

I think the developers are very careful to not break in place upgrades, 
but I don't think there is some kind of testing infrastructure to test 
single step upgrades from all older releases, I maybe wrong. You can try 
with a dump of your domain on a testing environment and report if you 
have problems.
