[Samba] Samba4 DFS-R Server status

Dear All,

I came across : https://github.com/scabrero/samba/tree/dfs-r-server
And read :

What I can read is verry interesting. It seems there is a way to make dfsr
working without using rsync and other tools. 
Are the files in github production ready or only for testing?
