[Samba] samba-tool domain classicupgrade doesn't import givenname, sn

I've abandoned the 'classicupgrade' path when i've moved fron NT to AD,
but i've coded a little script/hack that try to load as much data as
possible from LDAP to AD, it is a crude hack around slapcat and
ldbmodify.
