[Samba] Some fileservers don't work when half of the DCs are down

Add/correct the DNS add the needed nameservers. 

I have 3 dc's, i have 3 Nameservers in the output of below command.

samba-tool dns add <Your-AD-DNS-Server-IP-or-hostname> samdom.example.com @ NS newdc.sambdom.example.com

I see only the old DC (not DCs) that hold the FSMO roles in the past and all the new DCs (in the order they were joined to the domain)
