That boils down to:

dn: DC=ad.horn,CN=MicrosoftDNS,DC=DomainDnsZones,DC=ad,DC=horn
dn: DC=ad.horn,DC=ad.horn,CN=MicrosoftDNS,DC=DomainDnsZones,DC=ad,DC=horn

Clone a DC and try to delete the DN:

DC=ad.horn,DC=ad.horn,CN=MicrosoftDNS,DC=DomainDnsZones,DC=ad,DC=horn

with ldbdel.
