[Samba] Samba broken after dist-upgrade in Ubuntu 20.04?

Two cts: 
1) I used 20.04 because afai remember 4.12 is/was not supported on 18.04.
2) because Ubuntu is always outdated, I never installed from Ubuntu on that host.
