[Samba] Migrate DCs on ubuntu 14.04 to ubuntu 18.04

If you update to Ubuntu 18.04 with Samba 4.7 you will update to both old
versions. Better update to 20.04. Set up a new DC with Ubuntu 20.04 join
in your domain, after the DC is running replace your DCs step by step
