This happens if you
Do it like this.
Asuming stretch.
First you update stretch (apt upgrade)
Then you change apt/sources.list to buster
You run apt update && "apt upgrade"
Then it removes samba, because, libldb1 is not libldb2.
Here its:
apt-get dist-upgrade --autoremove
This removed old obsolete and/or possible conflicting packages.
And this would have removed libldb1 so libldb2 could be installed.
