[Samba] Samba update to 4.10 (on Centos 7.8) - broken -?

Do you by any chance have lines similar to these in your smb.conf:

     interfaces = lo eth0
     bind interfaces only = yes

If so, comment them out and see if that helps.

If it doesn't, please post your smb.conf
