I can't confirm that.  The two Operating systems, while similar, may
well have differences.

Yes, you can install Python3 and Python2 on the same server.

Be aware: Samba 4.10 is currently in the last 6 months of security
support.  I recommend considering Samba 4.12 in the near future to give
yourself a longer supported lifetime for the installation, but be aware
of the GnuTLS requirement if you still use RHEL7.
