[Samba] Failed building any Samba version starting with v4.10.0

Hi,

looks like building samba 4.12.0 using the lastest raspbian buster
release with binutils updated to version 2.31.1-16+rpi2 no more has that
problem:
no .strtab invalid string offset errors anymore.
