I took some time off list with Jordi to look at it more closely. It 
looks like it is exactly the same issue as the one in [1] ("[Samba] smbd 
fails to start after upgrade to version 4.11.6"). Actually it seems to 
be a build related issue, as it does show the above issue with Tranquil 
IT deb in 4.11.6 (but not with 4.11.4 deb curiously) and has no issue 
with Louis 4.11.6 deb... Since our deb are mostly recompilation from 
Louis packages, it seems to be a build env issue, and it might be the 
same issue with the raspbian packages from [1]. I'll keep you updated.
