[Samba] Fwd: Can't use "samba-tool gpo backup" command

This looks like https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=14004

Sadly while a fix was written and put into Samba master for Samba 4.12,
the bug was never assigned to Karolin so didn't get included in our
maintenance releases.
