[Samba] Advices about migrate W2000 domain to SAMBA4

It will be a dns problem, the W2K dns is very different from the later 
versions.

I think you may be able to change the dns on the W2008, see here:

Whatever happens, if you go for a Samba domain or a Windows domain, you 
are going to have to deal with the dns problem.

Once you have the later DNS, you should find joining a Samba DC fairly easy.
