The problem with that is, you cannot tell which was done first. Yes, it 
could be done on a computer by computer basis, but this would probably 
entail:

log into ADUC

Change the computer name

Log into the samba DC

change everything else with ldbrename

log into the computer

change its name

reboot computer.

It is probably easier to leave & rejoin the computer.
