Kind of , but ./configure && make && make install is so 90's, Why you
don't install packages from repos like 
 https://samba.tranquil.it/centos7  or 
https://nova.polymtl.ca/~coyote/dist/samba/ or
https://github.com/nkadel/samba4repo
you have some options just need google for "centos 7 samba 4repository"
