[Samba] Correlate bugzilla ID with IDs listed in RPM change logs

Unfortunately the bugid's between Samba and the Linux
distro's aren't correlated as far as I know. It depends
on the engineer adding a link to the relevent bug
report (which we sometimes do in the Samba bugzilla).
