[Samba] Error change DNS backend

Rowland, Thanks for you clarification. I installed some missing
packages (rh-python36-python-dns
and rh-python36-python-crypto)  and works

[........................]
[root at sambadc03 ~]#  /usr/local/samba/sbin/samba_upgradedns
--dns-backend=BIND9_DLZ
Reading domain information
DNS accounts already exist
No zone file /usr/local/samba/bind-dns/dns/SAMBADC05.DOMAIN.LOCAL.zone
DNS records will be automatically created
