[Samba] Permission after recycling

I have recycling working fine now, both for user shares and common shares.
However, permissions from deleted files are not inherited in the recycle
bin properly. As an example,
User A belongs to group B. Group B owns the directory and files through an
ACL. When user A deletes a file, it is moved to recycle bin, but now with A
as owner and no traces of the B rights.
Is this by design or have I missed something?
