[Samba] vfs_shadow_copy2: permission denied - SMB_VFS_NEXT_OPENDIR() failed for '/snapshots'

Just to finalize this thread, turns out it was selinux. Disabling
completely `setenforce 0` fixed the error and I can see previous versions
within the windows mounts (which is amazing).

Will fixup with proper permissions now.
